A nice interpretation of a classic story filled with what makes your games great, gotta say this one feels more gamejamy than the other ones and a bit more time would have done it good, but I still had a lot of fun.

The 3 main characters of the game are very well developed, I can't express how much I hate  Geppetto, he is an amazing character with motivations and emotions but is such a terrible Father god, The MC rivals the thickness of Alesa but her sprite in game is amazing, with the clothe animated and that sweet Idle animation 10/10. Pinocchio reminds me of the classic Clock Tower enemy ScissorMan, very cool concept. And that transformation, gonna live in my mind rent free for a while.

The game mostly features nice and creative puzzles but I gotta say the jigsaw picture puzzle was a pain, first time I had to skip one, and not because it was hard to solve, it was just plain tedious to do it, thankfully there is the option to skip. The other thing that bugged me a bit was the enemy AI felt more tedious than spooky after a while, maybe random spawning is not the way to go with such little time to work on the game, still, it was not terrible, just not engaging.

I see the Dossowverse lore expanding and I am all for it, there is quite a  lot of references in this game as well as what I think are hints to future games, I found this really creative and a cool addition; As usual I love ALL the endings.

Keep up the good work!

Hey Hikiyami!
Thank you so much for playing and for your reviews! Your feedback is always really helpful!
The jigsaw puzzle was a complete mistake, there were many ways it could have been done better and I went for the worst one. No wonder I had to add an "skip puzzle" option! Regarding the AI of Pinocchio, it was even messier hahaha. The thing is, in hard mode he has a 1/3 chance of appearing, while on easy and normal the odds are 1/10 and 1/7, which make the experience waaay less frustrating (actually, congratulations on beating the game on hard mode, I think you're the first person to do it)
I made this while taking a break from A House for Alesa 3 and other projects, so it really shows that the end was a bit rushed, although I regret not adding happier endings (I think becoming a vampire is a good thing though!)
Anyway, thank you so much again as always! : D Also, funny that you mention the "Dossowverse" hahahah, because I want to make some of my older characters come back (Alex from the Sakabashira game, Marion from 'Anderghast Mine, the killer frog from The Grotesque and Pixelesque, etc)
