Ooh, fair enough then.

XP covers a *wide* era of retro gaming though, I've seen people use it Pentium 3's and Voodoo chips right up through Core i7's with GTX 950's

What's the "expected" OpenGL version the engine is targeting? The GTX 7900 in my machine can do up to OpenGL 2.1 and Shader Model 3 which is pretty ancient

1.4 😉 my XP machine is one of these: https://www.notebookcheck.net/Asus-Eee-PC-1000H.9685.0.html

(of course on this one I have to set the framerate to be 30-15 fps to be playable - hence the minimal requirement -
sounds like yours will do much better 😉 )

Apparently the GMA 950 only supports OpenGL 1.4! I'll have to get the retro PC up and running and take a swing at it on the weekend
