Hi! Thanks for your feedback, Carrot I'm happy you "enjoyed" this game (I'm not sure my games are to be enjoyed, but you get my point efrgtrf) and even dared confront yourself to the explicit parts efrbtgre

I think you summed up the conflict of the game very well: Adam doesn't realise the harm he's causing around him because of his immaturity and Alex starts suffering from him. The answer to their problem is communication, but since they are both emotionally constipated, they don't manage to go anywhere, haha (gangsters should be tough now, shouldn't they?)! And so, yes, ultimately, Adam isn't a demon, he genuinely cares about Alex (and Violetta!) but doesn't act like it! But perhaps, more than naïve about sex and romance, his problem is more that he doesn't understand what he expects from it and how he specifically experiences relationships (and here, you start seeing a connection with Katekyo, who goes through something similar in his short game, although Katekyo understands it better in the Namida game...).

"so my gut is that at some point in the future............. maybe not with this specific situation, but something's definitely going to come back and bite him in the butt and send things spiraling for him LOL" LMAOO don't worry, Violetta will definitely come at him in the game and traumatise him (alongside some other spoilery gang activities hehe).

And yes, I thought putting my players in Alex's mind was the better choice here: Adam doesn't really question anything (well, he does, but certainly not during sex), and I think the main trait I want people to have in mind when they start his route in Namida is that he is quite a toxic person, despite him meaning well, and Alex was the ideal candidate to paint him as such (while, for Katekyo, what I wanted players to have in mind is that he is self-sacrificing his life for his brothers and his parents, hence why we are in his mind)?

Ha ha, I'm very excited for the Namida story! I'll certainly release it by routes (Haru being first, as he is the middle-ground being a "golden child" overly-caring Katekyo, and a kicked-out inconsequential and selfish Adam) but expect a game that focuses a lot on relationships with others (romance, friendship, partnership, parents... and brothers, of course!)

Once again, thanks for your detailed feedback, as always! Your reviews always make me feel very privileged and happy!!
