Hello jammers,

It is halfway through the jam period. How is everyone getting on?

Share your ideas and progress in this thread!

I'll go first. I am currently learning Ink/Inky and writing an interactive fiction with it. Your character is about to be defeated by the big bad, but your witch ally saved you in the last minute by teleporting you into her cosy cottage. You take some time to recover, drink tea, and share some intimate moments, before heading out to finish the fight.

I am slowly getting along, as I keep adding new branches to the story. I should just keep it linear. haha

Jam Host(+1)

Hello everyone!

I'm currently working on a Twine project. It follows a conversation between two soldiers after having destroyed a major base of the enemy faction. It may be loosely based on the ending of the first movie of a popular space opera ;)

Will this project be finished in time for the game jam? Probably not. Will it be finished at all? Probably. If you're interested, keep an eye on my page for when I actually do post the final product!

Best of luck with all of your jam submissions!

-Amara

Hey! This jam is a really cool idea and I love the theme, can I submit a already published work? The whole concept for my mini larp Grimoire & Wand is to take breaks while you read a book and I think it would be great to have it along with other games that also value taking a moment to breathe. Totally cool if not tho, looking forward to seeing what people come up with for the jam

They are really cool games and thanks for your interest, but we don't accept already published games for this jam. I wrote the rules of the jam with newly created games in mind. Some other jams I run are for the purpose of showcasing games around a certain theme, but I want to encourage people to make new games with this one.
