"not stereotypical nonsense" lists a bunch of stereotypically-unattractive features

(+1)

Lol yeah, I guess some of them are stereotypical, but not all of them.

Skinny-fat is a pretty regular body type, and most people have a small amount of acne, although greasy hair probably is pretty stereotypical. But by stereotypical nonsense I meant more like, short, overweight, dirty-looking, balding, older looking, and with less attractive personality traits usually paired with 'creeps' such as poor social skills (acting excessively awkward, staring in the wrong places, just breathing at you instead of talking), dramatic mood swings.
You know like how people assume someone fat is also smelly, and also sucks socially and also is a creep out of desperation and lack of common sense... Instead I think minor changes that minimise the handsome traits and make them more realistic would be cool.

It would be realistic to have more blemishes (whether acne or a lil crease in the forehead or something, or eye bags I dunno), skinny fat rather than slim/toned. And then having some other physical cues alongside the 'cute' ones like the blushing paired with heavy breathing or veins showing when angry can add an extra element of discomfort that's mild and more realistic.
