look, sometimes i do this. But except you know thats harassment. I need this because i cannot let this user get banned. I need to teach him/her the lesson not to spam and harass since i am getting better not to harassing anyone. I am like learning my lesson then i will also teach them to not do it agin so that they could have a long time in itch. So can you please unlock it?

I would have given him an IP ban for at least three years the moment he admitted that he is in the fifth grade to be totally honest.
If the staff is being lenient on that fine because its not like there are other communities that allow kids at the age of 12 but given Rj’s/ determination’s behavior I never liked the fact that he’s been running around telling other members what to do and then proceeding to gossip about it in other threads only to give a non-pology and continue to harass others. Thats the reason why I’m pissed off more than anything at this point and that is putting aside he made more than one account.
That’s about 4 rules broken, 5 if we count him being under legal age to be using online services like forums.
