SO nice of you but not sure how to get Ending E I tried a lot but no success. :(
There is no ending E. If you get Ending F, it tells you that ending E doesn't exist. XD Just a cheeky dev joke.
I wasted so much time. :(
I'm sorry. There was also a guide included with the download and it also tells you there isn't an Ending E.

The Bad thing about your next game is POV is too zoom in. It destroyed the whole experience. :(
