I know that you can't change the proportions of the body, as you will have to change all the clothes in the game. But could you add muscles without changing the proportions of the body. I drew something with my crooked hands in Paint to make it clearer.

a good idea to be visual only, without changing the whole body design, but for now I think it's hard to happen, I could be wrong about that, but for now, this is the closest to your idea, XD 🤔

I'll see, but I feel like it would look a little awkward, plus having to draw this type of variation for all the different body parts in the game
