Very cute.

When you're looking for ingredients, it would be more interesting to have a mechanic where you have to interact with the scenery. Like shaking the tree, scratching the bushes, tapping the trunk, digging in the earth, etc.

Well done for doing it in 2 days ;)

I'm just so in love with the art and the whole vibe of the experience! The final illustration was totally worth the journey, made me feel so happy! Amazing job!

so cute and chill! the guitar line set a really good mood. what could have been interesting is to have potion that require multipl types of ingredients to add a little more ressource management to the gameplay. otherwise welldone! really charming game.

thanks for the feedback and kind words! I did originally want to have different ingredients, but unfortunately time constraints got in the way

Charming game, cute art style and nice game loop

1000 coins is too much to ask for to reach the ending in my opinion, I would expect more mechanics to be introduced

But I'll rate my first minutes of playthrough which is what a gamejam game should last, it's fun and calming, so well done!

Developer

thanks! I tried to balance the end goal not being too tedious but also not making the game only a couple minutes long, but I totally understand that with limited mechanics it can get repetitive quickly. thank you very much for the thoughtful feedback!

thanks so much!

Forget my previous comment. This game is a 5 out of 5 stars. I LOVE it so good keep going, and remember to work hard for your ice cream. and please consider more levels and such, and possibly a full release on steam.

Developer

Haha I'm glad you figured out the mechanic. It means so much that you played it and enjoyed it! thanks for the encouragement.

I love it! The ending is amazing!!!!!!! SO CUTE AND AMAZING! I could buy this game on steam with more levels and maybe a puzzle mechanic! idea: what if sometimes you get a bad guy come up and demand you money. You can choose to give him money or throw a potion at him! I love this game. 10/10!!!

Developer

thanks so much for the enthusiasm and the ideas! I'd love to add to the game in the future, and I'll make sure to credit you if I do add the bad guy character :)

So good, the art is amazing and really fits the feeling. The game feels super cozy and has a really nice atmosphere, especially the music. Overall, absolutely fantastic game, and I would love to see it expanded into a full game with more depth. Maybe add in some strategy? I just really love this game and if it was full length, I'd easily buy it for 10$ or more on steam. I can't stress enough how much I liked it, please keep making more games.

I would love to have more time in the future to more mechanics, potions, and characters. this comment made me smile, thanks.
