This is by far the most creative implementation of the "you are the developer" concept, you should definitely make this a full release.
By the way, the last level can be solved without the timer.
Glad you enjoyed it! I'll turn it into a full release eventually, I have a nuch of ideas for expanding the game. And yes, I knew about the timer puzzle being a bit broken but I didn't have time to fix it
