As far as I know, there's no prizes. If you do something innovative or truly well-designed, your game can end up in a GMTK video explaining what your game got right, which is enough of an intrinsic reward for me anyway. You might be better off asking Mark Brown on the discord though to be 100% sure, but I know the atmosphere is not supposed to be overly competitive. No real high-stakes situation here.
