I just downloaded this game and really enjoy playing it. There is one problem thought, I can't pick up weapons. I hold down the right mouse button and press e when the circle is pointed at the weapon and it still won't pick up.
The circle has nothing to do with the pick up. You have to get really close to weapon. There will be a notice in the top left corner of the screen if you are close enough. But that system is really bad and I changed it for the next update.
