oh... so all the way back at the start? I looked at the top of the hill and at the barn on the side, not back there

The intention is for there to eventually be more town to explore under the bridge, other quests, people to meet and so on, as well as other places to stay all over town.

i get a fatal error when i get to the end of the tavern keeper's dialogue, screen goes black like its going to load then crashes.

Is that the dialogue where you pick a room?

What options did you choose there, and when it crashes, does it have an error box pop up?

i think i just got a bad download, deleted and re-installed and it works fine now. however yes. it was the last dialogue before sleeping into the next day. before that, I had entered the event and was ready to begin playin

Only thing I can think of is possibly a graphic driver issue, though who knows why it would crash it during dialog.
