It is possible but you need a lucky bounce in the pipe part and obviously you can skip 90% of it. Tried to follow the normal way but got completely lost and it just seemed to lead back to the beginning?
lol i gave up like 5 turns and just decided to skip it but i couldn't get a bounce that goes far enough even with the car going as fast as it can there it appears that the faster you go you just don't bounce so as far as i can see its not possible
