how do u activate secret xxxmas ending?

1) Pick Futa mode (in the intro cinematic choose "yes" to the futa option)
2) beat the labyrinth
3) Grab the book from the cabinet by the dinner table in the mansion
4) put the book in the reading stand behind the stairs on the top floor
5)go outside, turn to the left, in the flower garden there's an "old key"
6) go behind the stairs on the bottom floor (LEFT SIDE)
7) open the door with the key and do the puzzle
8) The book on the stand is now open, read it
9) continue as normal and take the elevator
10) Magic
When i enter the special it just has frenni with ._. on the moniter, is there a certain place or difficulty i have to activate it?
EDIT: i dont seem to be able to activate the option. I have futa mode on but when i enter special, nothing happens. even when i went back a version it still doesnt work :/ is there a costume?
