on youtube, there are guides for every version. And there u can find every sence u can unlock 

Every scene is coming with an update, I guess u have ervery scene from every update. When ur not sure. Count all scenes u have already unlocked and tell it me, I have every scene up to version 0.1.8 unlocked

I install the new version, and put it in the folder and replace it as a new file ( the replace is like an update for the file self) 

When u skip the intro its automatically normal, but when u not skip the intro u have the chance to choose between normal and futa

just download the 1.8 file, and replace the file with 1.7. Yes your game save files are safe
