Can the sprout in a phone event have a dick and balls and be getting fucked?

Sprouts just have a mouth and a butt, they looked too weird when I tried drawing them with other sexual organs.
Nupert has the mushroom profile. There's a bit of a guessing game as to who is who when it comes to the phone profiles.
Waffles has scenes with Wendy and Unsen in the current version. There will be a dating scene with her in v5, but she's a bit more of a bystander in that one. I like Waffles, so there will likely be a more events with her in an active role the future.
I have an idea for a post-sex phone scene with Kokou, Miriel and another character, but I don't guarantee it. I do however have a dating event in v5 where Miriel gets some action from another guy.
