The art in this is a big draw for me; it's simple, but it works great at communicating what it needs to, and plays well with the cool 3D effect. Game is obviously a bit limited right now, but jam games don't need to be (and probably generally shouldn't be) massive bunches of content and time-sinks. It looks like you may have intentions of expanding on this, which I think is a great idea. I'd be curious to see where it goes!

Hey thanks! You comment troubles me a little. I was going for a black and white handrawn for experiment and time savement ofc, but couldn't figure out animating in Krita, and i don't have photoshop so i went back to my trusty best and most famous software Aseprite that i know very well for the animations. For the future I was thinking of turning this into colored, 32-bitish pixel art. Do you think that would be a mistake?
Oh, definitely not. I think it just depends which style will better fit the vibe you're going for. I personally am a huge fan of a hand drawn look, but I'm not the only audience for your game, and I'm a weirdo; some nice color pixel art would probably be more conventionally pleasing.
Ultimately, I think it oughta be your decision. You know what looks good and what fits best for what you want to make. I wouldn't think either choice would push people away.
Sorry to cause any anxiety! I like to think that there are no mistakes with something that subjective. (Unless you're trying to make money/make a living. Then there might be, haha.)
