This game is actually so cool. I was a little lost at first, and it took me a moment to understand what the arrow meant (it's wind), but now I believe I understand the game mechanics to be this:

You pick a type of tree (just oak at the beginning, but later you'll see willow and maple).
The game picks a random tree of that type that you have.
Your next click releases a seed, which will blow in the direction of the wind. It becomes a new tree.
If your seed lands in the water or sand (or off screen), it's lost or dead.
Sometimes (or every turn?) a new tree sprouts up on its own, too. I didn't quite figure it out.
Flowers grow about at certain thresholds of life, making the scene more lovely.

The music you chose was just excellent for this game. My only critique there is that you don't hear the music until near the end, and I would have loved to listen to that much sooner in the experience (I think it's a cool idea to add in music after you've "earned it" a little, but maybe introduce it before maple trees show up, or have a much slower, even gentler music track playing from the beginning that switches).

Final bit of advice: From what I've read, Godot is great at exporting games to HTML5, which allows you to make this a browser game. Browser games get a lot more attention during game jams because they're so easy to try. Something to consider.

Great work!!!

Thanks for all the generous comments! I'm especially happy you enjoyed the music, since I was also really glad to have found that track, as I too thought it was a great fit for the game. I wanted to save it up a little to avoid it getting repetitive, but your suggestion of a more gentle track playing at an earlier stage of the game is spot-on.

Appreciate the tip about browser playability, will definitely do that next time!
