Secondly some opinion about update:

It was good, animations were really nice. I loved the syahata's pose during dog rape over 50% lewd bar. 

However:

-> spawning all eggs at one go makes big mess on screen, especially tentacle ones which cant move at all and its pretty much pointless for them to spawn in such big amounts since can interact with only one at once

-> if you want to keep the option to spawn all eggs at once, then it would be nice to have additional animation / animation end screen in case there is certain amount of eggs spawned, example: 20 fly eggs spawned, once they catches syahata, the death animation is playied including lots of maggots and flies that came out from these maggots

-> assuming future updates are going to feature more spawning enemies, it would be good to change "fly/tentacle egg" display from menu, back to just eggs, eggs = fly egg + tentacle egg + any other egg. So it will show total amount of eggs in syahata instead what kind of eggs, this info we can get from picture of uterus and rectus

-> stamina function needs remake, it would be better to add dash option which would use the stamina instead, and keep the option to insta rape on low stamina, its nice, just make this dash instead and its good to go.

-> i realized that there is pretty much no point in killing enemies, they doesnt give any reward for killing them so it kinda lacks on gameplay. Would be interesting to get some drops or items from them or just additional interaction with corpse, Aka slime lady still is hard.

-> masturbate option should restore HP in my opinion or make the stamina restore even faster than it makes currently

-> masturbate orgasm is a little too short though this is just personal opinion

-> boss should have top priority in terms of death animation, its boss after all.

-> rat needs some nerf of attack speed. Its impossible to sneak past him even with attack bait, it simply attacks fast enough to sometimes damage twice before syahata runs away from its range

For now thats everything i guess.

I do think the stamina bar need a rework and an example being the stick takes a 3rd of stamina even though it shouldn't but maybe a more powerful attack or a multi hit attack with the stick should. Another thing other than a dash is a rolling move with stamina that can stun an enemy if done correctly and stamina won't be depleted.  Which brings another topic of parry attack and counter attacks that can help bring challenge to the game. If you don't parry correctly then you lose stamina.

Special attack sounds good in my opinion.

Though first we need some actual reason to kill these enemies.

The place after leaving tentacle room, where syahata is attacked by swarm of enemies while waiting for platform. It was pointless to fight there which would only lose HP, much easier was to let them rape syahata until the platform arrived and then just run away. 

So the only place where we are actually forced yo kill enemy is boss.

And normal enemies lacks some sort of drops or anythin that syahata profit after killing
