I don't know of this is an issue or not, but my MC seems to have forgotten how to make Ramen as soon as he learnt Sugar Water.
Is there any way to relearn the item?
It’s a known bug, it was supposed to be fixed on this version, but some stray bits of code made it so saves that only have sugarwater don’t get the recipe back.
You could wait until 0.18.9 or load a save from before 0.18.7 and do that event again.
It shouldn’t take away your first recipe anymore.

It already exists.
It just so happens that on PC it’s not turned on by default. You have to go to preferences and toggle the QuickMenu setting.
It moved to the top of the screen and only appears while someone’s talking.
Curse those stray bits of code!
