There are some spells you can currently only learn in Pasciel, yes.

To avoid spamming another thread, where are the last few points of vice? I'm completely beyond stumped, the only things I'm missing in the clear room after a full pink playthrough are the two skills you get from nephlune church as I gave the formulas to the worshippers.
However for a 'perfect' defeat playthrough, I'm also missing 3 vice points.
Edit - Apparently slandering Albrecht is the only way to achieve this. Bit of a bummer to have to choose between max vice or completed gallery.
