There is potential for pregnancy in the sequel, Over the Moon. But there won't be any pregnancy in A Moment of Bliss.
However, one of the main themes of The Judas Ghost is trying to get a bunch of women pregnant. You may enjoy that one quite a bit. I'll be releasing the first version of that game in July.
I would recommend Over the Moon. One of the girls does get pregnant, but she isn't showing yet. You can pick it up by subscribing to any tier of my Patreon or SubscribeStar. I'm about to release Chapter 3 of Over the Moon. Only two chapters are currently available.
