There's only so many status effects that can be shown, unfortunately. I believe passive states on equipment (like that on the Regen Ring) are shown at a lower priority than active status effects, since you already know they're there.
Startforce isn't obtainable until a Keystone is acquired, and the Starforce Explosion has conditional dialogue where it does nothing.
I forgot there even was an Etc. category! That'd be a good extra tab for stuff like food items, now that I think about it. I'll give that a closer look later, maybe tomorrow or Sunday.
