welp if you think about it wouldn't be eagle based on the capitalized letter, and the last two phrases. also, eagle is 15 years old, from the last time he insulted someone online, he would have enough time to think rationally rather emotionally, and he'd definitely not insult again, becuase he knows ppl hate him more AND it's useless.
