May I know where Toeeater is? The wiki says that she will be at tech boulevard next to Dayji's store once you complete all three fights but I can't find her anywhere.
Some of the fights might have reset on old saves this build (for technical reasons). Did you check the three spots she appears again?
So it turns out the second fight got reset, thanks for your help
