And what will you guys do next?

Personally, I did all the promotional gifs/banners/covers in the span in the last few hours, so I was super anxious, but now I feel a lot more relieved. Time to concentrate on the university again!

Similar experience, had a bit of a moment near the end with exporting. Will be back to work on my end :) Great game btw had fun with it, glad the promotional stuff ended up working out for you.

Having fun was the important part tho<3.

-Not sure if it ended up working tbh hehe-

Admittedly, was really anxious about it all coming together; even with some of the issues I have with my game, I'm glad how it turned out... Hoping to jump into another jam soon, honestly. Forgot how fulfilling these can be.

Hey,

Agree, I was also really anxious, actually, I remember playing your entry, really liked the writing hehe. Good luck then in all of your future jams<3

Well after four days (cause we've joined 3 days late :|) we were very tired and stressed out :D
But, proud of the result and now trying to relax and play other games to see what you came up with :)

Noo I'm so sorry you joined late :(, I was also almost late for the deadline because I thought it ended on monday t-t. I'm also gonna be trying some entries on the weekend, because university doesn't really gives me much time to play them before that, glad you liked the outcome anyways, I'll be looking forward to play yours on the weekend ~-~

I kind of wish I spent a bit more time on the project but school got in the way. I also slightly regret writing it in Java since I feel like that deters people compared to a browser game or just running an exe

Submitted

Feeeel you a lot! Studies heavily dulled the time I had to polish everything. And yup, many people don't even have a Java enviroment installed u.u At least you learned that!

I'm both glad that the project was finished and that I managed to make something but also a little upset that I didn't give myself enough time to work on it. Game still has some issues but I'm glad that I worked on it! (UI Artist, btw. The game is "To Be Demolished" published under the programmer allcrazyman101.)

I'm happy that you're glad for it<3 What do you think it was that limited the time you invested in it?

(+1)

Well, a part of it was work, which is pretty typical. But another part of it was drive. I feel like I could've committed more time to working on it rather than doing other activities in my free time

Submitted

I'm super glad i made something, even more glad that people seem to enjoy it. I will work on expanding my game a bit, fixing some of its problems, and then forget about it forever lmao

Same  goes for me 8). Although I really invested a lot of time in the main mechanic and I would like to see it in a more complete game... Hmmm, maybe I'll think about what to do with it once I have more time ~.~

Edit: I'm seeing the page of your Jam and it gives me vibes of one these games where they have a simple premise, but they twist it somewhere. Did I hit the nail? hehe. Looking forward to try it once I have time (ergo; this weekend)

Submitted(+1)

Yeah, you did! I was going for that vibe anyways. I'm also surprised i hadn't come along your game just yet! I'm gonna play it in a bit!

After the submission I always feel relieved, but I usually like is a good time to reflect on all the work, be thankful and happy about knowing that you tried the best you could in a small amount of time, then think about the future, what is the next project and to think about other's enjoyment as well and listen to their opinions, it helps a lot to develop. At least I feel it has helped me grow and made me want to make more projects!

SAME.

The moment I finally uploaded everything it felt SO relieving. And yeah, this does helps a lot to improve overall.

( Psst your game is still my favorite aesthetic-wise 8'), I also may try Lord of doors later in the week cuz the visuals also caught my eye hehe )
