There is one discord channel, which is (verified members) public (https://discord.com/channels/982330894436171778/1094342250605068489). Most channels are patreon only.
Regarding android, I have no plans to migrate it before it is finished (as it would mean changing all my keymappings, etc.) as I have no way of testing that currently.
