You can't improve specific battle stats (yet) but levelling up your character gives you across-the-board boosts. Also, try using a support character that buffs your ARC stat :)
I assume TheARCadean's ARC stat is already maxed. ;)
You joke, but I could have called that stat anything - MAGic, POWer, OCCult... ARCane wasn't accidental ;)
