You should be able to make everything on his list if you've found every item. Most likely it's the Secure Ring, an upgrade to the Safety Ring.

...shoot, where was the Safety Ring again? I actually forgot. Gonna go find out where I put it. Its ID is right after the Vantage Ring, so probably pretty early on...

EDIT: Oh, it's in the golden treasure chest in the Tunnel Ruins.

What Tunnel Ruins are those? Yeah, as my saves show, I don't have the Safety Ring? Nor the Vantage Ring?

The Tunnel Ruins are the dungeon under Levitt's Landing. You can probably punch your way through them by now. Safety Ring is in one of the chests near the end.

The Vantage Ring is in the Barrier Wood.

ISSUES: Hidden Forgemaster: Secure Ring needs Secure Ring to make, not Safety Ring.

Fishman Major General Garb is too long name, and how do I get some Fishman General Garb to make it, when I already used it to make the Fishman Major Garb?

MISSING ITEM: Where is Timer Ring?

I really shouldn't have been able to run in here and access the chests, without beating Orange over there, right? And is there healing anywhere around here? Or is going back to this New Land's Entrance and returning, shortcutted by a dialogue option?

I'll have a patch out soon for the Secure Ring and passability issues.

The Fishman General Garb is in the Palace of Water, and the Timer Ring is in the Gemstone Cavern.

There's a dialogue option that lets you go quickly between the new land and the Overworld in the Alchemist's Cave. Once you've cleared out the encounter in that screenshot, you'll get another shortcut through a dialogue option.

As for the pillar, I probably forgot a doodad. I'll correct this as well.

Thanks! Should Red Cap's Restore cost the same amount of HP from Rauthaz, no matter how much he's healing? I finally managed to take him to 0 from Full in a single Overcharged hit, and he didn't fall, instead healing to full, using 100 HP from Rauthaz. Makes the fight harder to cheese, which is good, but just seems weird that there's no equivalence in their Hit Points.

Yes, that's working as intended. You may want to pack both Thunder and Water, especially since Bounce Guard W won't weaken Soften at all.
