Patreon links are in the game description and also in "More information" and Discord will be added as the community grows
always try to make it so it is easily visible in game page link is in the image
well, there's a pretty big "Support" header in the game description and below that an image with the text "Support me on Patreon". I also added a "Support" link to the game. I hope it's enough and not too much
