Hi, this option or any similar serum is currently not in the game. I try not to focus too much on gender, but rather on the nature of the characters, the different options and reactions to the players' choices. And since changing gender would potentially require a large increase in work and unfortunately my time and computer power are very limited, I don't plan to add this option at the moment.

Thank you very much! Yes, as long as your willpower will not be too low or high, you will have a choice and others will react accordingly to that choice, which will shape the tone of the game. Hopefully this will make the characters feel more alive and your experience more to your liking :)

I'm not sure about MacOS, I've never played anything on it, but for Windows just download it, unzip it, and double-click on the Alterlife.exe file to run the game.

You're quite welcome, and for the record, I'm not doing a strictly submissive or dominant game, it's about the choices that shape relationships. So it is up to the players what kind of relationship they want to build with the characters in the game and also what these characters allow you to do with them.

The game is in its early stages and a lot of content is planned for it, but for some content you may have to wait a little longer.

Hi, sorry for such a late reply, for some reason I didn't get a notification for this comment.

There is currently no male on futa action in the game, but this type of action should be present in later updates. Probably not in v0.2, but maybe there could be something in v0.3, but probably not with Jaaga, sorry.

As for pregnancy, not a single futa in the game has female genitalia, so getting pregnant will be quite difficult :)

1. There will be a lot of futa content, but first I need to build the city, finish the mechanics and move the plot forward. The v0.2 will definitely have futa lewd scenes, but probably not as many as with women.

2. My approach and lore for futa is different, but this serum idea looks interesting. If you know how to make a game, you can use this as a plot :)

Hi, thank you for your comment and kind words :) I try my best to answer your questions:

1. Jaaga is a muscular futanari and will definitely want to have something sexual with the MC in v0.2, but she is naturally/fitness muscular. If you prefer more steroid-like muscles, I have no plans to add such a character yet, but I don't rule out that it could be added in one of the later updates, if there's interest.

2. I am not familiar with the futanari-enhancing serum. Is this something that makes futa even more blessed in their crotch? If so, it is not planned, at least not yet. I am preparing a lore about futa, the story of their origin, which I will introduce in v0.2 and it doesn't involve any kind of serum. However, the city will be large and the space to add basically anything is endless. If there is interest in a specific thing, I will find a way to add it to the game.

I would like to introduce my new game for adults (18+). It's a visual novel created in Ren'Py with a lot of RPG elements, complex characters, different mechanics and lewd scenes. You play as a male character who has come to a new place to start his new life. The game is at the beginning and it's an update where the story is fully scripted. However, the next updates will have much more freedom, such as the ability to move freely, interact with items and characters, complete quests, experience various events, mini-games, buy/sell, maybe even fight. I hope you try the game and enjoy it.
