There r controls in the game. Pay attention to the caution sign lol! Also u can use a xbox controller!
I think I saw this bug once, where the jump was just not enough to get over the pipes, but I only saw the bug happen 1 time. Most likely if you played it again or restarted the level (got enough damage) it would go away ? Its a hard one to fix since it only happens quite occasionally. I'd encourage you to try to play again, most likely you'll be able to jump over it with no issue.
