Pages that have a price set but are unable to receive payments are not eligible for indexing. Either remove the price from your page if you plan to distribute only free content, of finish setting up your account for payments.
That makes sense. Can I finish the setup while having nothing to sell, as the game isn't done yet? EDIT: I did the setup and am waiting with the tax information, since there's nothing to purchase, and doesn't appear to be mandatory. I hope this is enough for indexing to occur.
