I understand what you are getting at, and I admit that this is a consequence of my stupid ambition and lack of experience in the beginning.
But let me explain the reasoning behind it, since pointing fingers and pointing out a problem is much easier than understanding the context, and I don't usually talk so much about the "ugly" part of development.
Before starting the development of LP, I wrote all the plot and gameplay elements in a book (only the plot and not the whole script), and this included characters that were there from the beginning, but due to time constraints, I haven't been given the opportunity to go deeper into them.
Originally my idea was that the player, in a first glance, would get to know some of the inhabitants of Argleton, and during the first few days would delve into the stories of the main girls, while at the same time getting used to the navigation and controls.
As the player got used to these first steps, he discovered optional things that gave depth to the town, such as knowing the stories of these secondary girls.
And of course, in the beginning I was innocent and thought I could handle it all, but it was my fault for underestimating the workload (At that time I had a job, I was in college and during the nights I worked at LP, and yes, I hardly slept).
Then time went by, I made a complete remaster of the game trying to fix all the gameplay problems, the graphics and a lot of things (all this taking into account the feedback of the players), I removed a lot of text and accelerated the beginning of the story, trying not to lose that calm rhythm, but saving a lot of steps at the beginning.
And again, I underestimated the workload of redoing so many things from scratch, so I lost months of hard work that almost drove me to madness.
The thing is that the development progressed, and I didn't have time to develop that content with the secondary girls, so I had to filter the stories that were more relevant to the lore of the world of LP.
Shit, I even need to finish the appeal system in the game...
The thing is that I try to keep a balance, I have limited resources and limited time and I try to do the best I can with that.
And I repeat, the content of these girls was postponed forcibly, and I admit to being guilty, but it does not mean that they will not have content, it's not because I'm ignoring players feedback or anything like that.
I even have several things planned for them for the next development cycle, I can still see all that content in my head with every girl, but I just need enough time to bring it to reality.
And...
There was no need to be so aggressive with MasterWizard, he has always had a good disposition to help LP players since ever, and if anything can damage a game and its community is a hostile and aggressive attitude.
Sorry for the walltext....
