oh it gives like +15% to all stats for the monster its on, plus flat bonuses when you upgrade it
I'm really not sure what I am remembering, but I am still pretty sure you can pass on an item to a monster with nothing equiped with something, maybe it was a certain monsters ability? Oh yeah and if you are getting as far as you are in some of your loops, your stats are gonna n be mostly maxed anyway
