Yeah, it should run absolutely fine :) The game is designed to be as lightweight as possible so it should run on any machine from the last two decades.
it could possibly be due to the i3 integrated graphics if they don't have a standalone graphics card... that would be my literal only guess o.o it shouldn't be the low RAM, and I doubt much else would impact renpy etc
