Outside of battle you can use it only on Bernard and Blacksmith for now. And it's not by going into the item screen, there is a new option while you are talking with them if you have a love potion in your inventory.
how about submissive and dominance potion? I use it and ... I don't see any effects....
Hm. It should change your position from Bottom to Switch from Switch to Top or other way around.
