I recommend using the Itch app, it allows you to update the game without having to download the entire thing over again. Think of it like steam, but for the itch website.

Note: Not all games on Itch can be downloaded and updated through the app, but this is one of the ones that can be.

The game is too big for Android. If you scroll down about 30 posts from here, you can read the dev's most recent post on the subject.

No, I was asking if there was an Itch.io app. I use Joiplay to play the game but it would make it so much easier on me with the other games that are android versions.
