I looked one persons comment history and apparently they'd played, rated and commented on 25 games in less than 15 minutes...
Sounds a bit Sus to me.
They were just a talented speedrunners :D
And also it depends on games they played - if this game is just top down shooter with one weapon and one enemy then you have nothing to say about it

This stream would be like: - Opens game- Its another top-down shooter- Plays 10 seconds, closes the game and writes "Best game I ever played"

Yea, every big game jam there are a bunch of users who just copy and past the same response, and leave a "please checkout my game" comment too, it gets annoying.
