Hello I had a question about situations. You say that low percentages/low values are easiest but then you say you gotta roll same or lower. So wouldnt lower values be actually more difficult?

Again, a million pardons for not getting back to you sooner. I got hit with the flu not long after replying to you about this. First and foremost, make sure you have the latest update. If I remember correctly, I addressed this in an update to the rules. All updates are free to everyone FOREVER.
I checked the rule files and they seem all to be from 2020, is there an update to this? Because the point is still valid that was taken as the rules say roll under and that lower is easier which makes no sense. The relevant part is in the core rules -Situations - precentile dice.
