Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. It seems to be working for every other Windows user, so that's really weird. I'm not very good at troubleshooting, but I'll try my best to help.
How exactly is it not working? Do you not download a file at all, or are you able to download a file but it doesn't work? If you have any parental controls that could also be an issue - I know on Mac it tells you directly that something is blocked by parental controls, but I'm not very familiar with Windows.
