how can i work in the guild? In the previous version everything was fine, but now i can only send people to 2 out of 4 missions, since the rest are not available, i have to load a save to keep playing

You need to select one of the options in the job before you can select an adventurer for it.
"Send a doctor" or "Attempt to cut the can open"
