Other than dialog changes, nothing much really happens. But you may feel a bit guilty if you free her ;)
But does Autumn get more things then just lover ability?
Does she get more traits when you free Lin...? No. Like I said, only the dialog is effected by freeing Lin.Will Autumn get more traits in the future? Of course.
