Yes. First, make sure you save in Town, then keep a copy of the save folder that you'll move to the new version. This for PC. I don't know how things work for the Android version.

Any chance of this work using es file explorer in Android? ( Sorry for the bad english)

MiXplorer app. It will allow you to browse the Android Data folder.

Typically if you use mobile, it will prompt to just update the game. It will then keep the save file paths intact (usually) so there shouldn't be any issues when a new version drops.
