Well.. The obvious would be to look at Twitch.tv's Partner Program.
I'm a little confused as to what your asking though, are you asking to partner up with developers for producing game content? Or are you suggesting developers pay for ads? If the latter, you should keep in mind that from what i've seen Indie's don't generally pay for advertising.
Also, posting a link to your Twitch Channel(s) wouldn't hurt.
