I am able to install the game from the browser, but I cannot install it inside of the Itch app.

Hi Hobi, thanks so much for your response! Since it's working if it's downloaded from the browser, you might have to ask Itch.io directly about it because the problem might be in the Itch app itself. >_< For our end, we double-checked all our uploaded files and everything seems to be working fine...
