Hi, sorry to butt in! I've experienced a similar issue at a similar stage of the game up the comment chain.

Summary of bug: Aux Commander seems to be missing after fighting the forest monster with Kuno. I'm playing from a fresh start in version 0.34.

Other noteworthy stuff:
- Corruption 10 cutscene still triggers in the tent before introductions are made. Having 10 corruption also bypasses the two warnings.
Other weird stuff:
- Backstabs and AI in the bandit camp area seem to work oddly after a set amount of backstabs, in which they immediately rubberband to you while the animated icon for Backstab cooldown appears for a split second.
Must say, the little drakes and npcs are growing on me, those little dorks.
