I have a question about access to the latest full release. Is that a one-time purchase of 15$ for the latest release with access to future releases or only the release at the time of purchase? Or is it that if I want access to the game as it's being released, I need to join at least the $10 level tier on Patreon or SubscribeStar?

Don't do it. This game has been in some form of early release for more than 5 years. Dev isn't serious about it at all. Just getting money is the goal.

game has had no updates for well over a year. payment is a scam for an abandoned game. there are these kinda scams all over itch. always check time since previous updates.
