Hi I have a question, idk why but the refinery doesn't appear to me and I cannot access it

I like the game and I think is pretty solid hope there is a solution to this problem 
Well, you'll have the ability to do so. You'll have to purchase the refinery still, in Upper New Ark for $2000 (and getting TO UNA is $500). Renovating the side room also allows you to get 2 fridge units (one free if you are friends with Pixie, the other costs $1000 at the Science Lab) and get another 2 cowgirls and a bull. :)
